another mollie mount attachment: 48” flexible traction Mat, bag, Velcro straps with black metal zip lock with combination lock. Already used it once to help another non 4x4 truck out of the sand.

 

Seven months of waiting with lost rims, manufacturing delays, shipping delays, COVID issues. Today dropped of my truck to complete the wicked rear traction bars, slotted and drilled new rotors, ceramic pads, stainless steel braided brake lines, new Rims and tires. This is the before pics. New pics once instal is completed

 

Rims:20/10/-19, Tires:35/12.5/20. Still need to ceramic coat the rims and Dura coat the tires. Slotted & drilled rotors, ceramic pads & steel braided brake lines

2020: 3.5” RC lift, 33” tires plus tons of mods
2022: 6” Vertex lift, 35” tires plus more mods

 

Took it for a short drive, still breaking in the NEW: slotted/drilled rotors, ceramic pads, rims & tires.

 

When not in use….after cleaned and detailed, truck cover and tire/rim cover

 

Cat shield top notch on quality. Protects all (4) cats, security bolt threads, 1/4” stainless steel and powder coated black, vents for heat displacement, company logo, design is one of the best out there. 11/10…very happy and can sleep better knowing it’s going to make it HARDER to take my cats off

 

Nitro 4.88 gearings still break in period. Need them to turn my Hostile Rage 20/10/-19 rims & Arroyo Tamarock M/T 35/12.5/20 tires with RC 6” lift and Vertex coil overs

This is my (4th) step bar. Finally they had them in stock. (1) factory running boards, (2) factory nerf bars, (3) Rough Country 2 step bar. (4) just delivered NFab 3 step bars 3” Matt’s black

 

Another AJT parts….door handles and door panel trim. Now I have ALL there products

 

Any issues installing this with the 6 in lift.

 

Need a bracket to attach the front, I bent mine front to attach to the bottom of lift bracket which actually looks better

 

After Nitro 4.88 gearing, went with 6”Vertex lift, 35” average 11.5 mpg city. New mpg 14.5, worth swapping gears

 

Thanks for the info, I'm guess the bracket was fabbed by you? If you get under the truck again anytime would you mind snapping a pic of what you're referencing. Looking to go the same route. Tango Yankee.

 

powder coated black “WICKED CUSTOMS” rear traction bar for 6” lift

 

VIPER CUT front bumper. prior 3/4” bumper spacer. viper cut 2” on lower vertical, 1” on lower fog light, 6.25” on front bend and 5.5” on outer bend. used flat dremil then sanded for easier instal of fender trim later. cut lower inner fog lamp bracket with angle grinder, sand and paint. cut lower plastic inner fender drill hole for zip tie on lower inner plastic. removed outside fender mounting clip. cut center section off, then put back on newly cut fender end cap, measure bottom bracket, drill hole and drill another hole in the middle to add a crew to secure the 2pcs together. use factory (2)10mm bolt, push pin on body mount near coil revisor, (1) zip ties on inner lower fog lamp bracket with previous drilled hole for a total of 4 anchor points and no heating just push forward with a stock factory look. add fender trim on viper cut. over 6” clearance and over 5” at fill lock. ALL THIS TO CLEAR 37” tires

 

the very last DE-chromed part of my Tundra. Bushwacker fender trim bolts. (4) coats matte black, (4) coats clear coat.

 

after researching viper cut fenders here is my mounting points as no one really shared how to properly secure the fenders, plastic trim while keeping the factory look/integrity.

1. use (3) factory mounting points, 1 push pin on the frame near the coil over revisor, 2 outer fender clips had to cut out center pc and remount to make room for shorter fender length).
2. drilled holes on fog lamp bracket and lower plastic liner for zip ties to pass through ( drilled hole on plastic to be close to where the brackets are for shorter zip tie lengths)
3. secure zip tie to plastic liner and metal fog lamp brackets at 3 points equal distance for better stability while driving.
4. 6 mounting point with zero play/flex and still keeping factory look and integrity

ICon delta joint UCA, Falken Wildpeak AT3W 37/12.5/20 installed. next off to alignment

 

had to swap out for SPC UCA to get alignment to specs. these 37” are a beast and makes my 6” lift look better

 

my last tires had Dura coat on my 35”. this time used Exoforma permashine tire coating on my new 37”. very similar as both has no sling and dry to the touch. only 2 coats on these after a very detailed cleaning before the coat.

 

finally Falken Wildpeaks AT3W 37” tires done the right way….RC 6” lift, SPC UCA, Coach builder bumper spacer & steering, DIY viper cut fender, SDHQ BMC & pinch weld, Hostile correct rim offset, Exoforma tire shine

How are those 3W liners holdin up after all these years? Just saw an ad for them on IG n thought I'd see what's on the forum.
