Yellow Triangle and dome lights came on while turning right

    On my way into work tonight I turned right onto a street and the yellow triangle a light to its left and the dome light all briefly came on. Its a 2016 Limited with 86,000 miles approx. Nothing changed, gauges were all normal. As I approached another right turn I slowed and quick steered onto the road and it happened again then all normal again. Any ideas? Thank for any input.

    Tastefully enhanced...
    Check your ABS sensors' wiring on the steering knuckles...both sides...maybe the sensor itself needs to be pressed in a bit more for some reason...
