I recently purchased a 2014 Tundra crewmax SR5 with the optional navigation which I believe means its an 'Entune Premium audio'.

The head unit has knob at the top on both sides, then 3 buttons on the left underneath the knob, 'Home', 'Apps', 'Audio', and an up and down on the right and a 3rd on the right that looks like a button but holds the SD card for the nav I believe.

The 'home' and 'apps' buttons aren't popping back when you press them, which is mildly annoying, but sometimes they also basically stick in the all the way down position which basically locks the screen on whatever its on and won't respond to screen touches till you jiggle the button and get it to release enough to behave normally again.

I would have to guess this is probably a common problem since two of my buttons are acting up, but my google fu in the forum wasn't coming up with anything. In a more generic post online I saw someone reference a problem with the 'info' button on a sequoia but wasn't sure if they were talking about the same kind of buttons on the audio system, or maybe a steering wheel button.

Looking through the parts fiche I didn't see anything available except a complete head unit.

I contacted the toyota dealer that sold it to me, as it was suppose to have passed the silver warranty inspection which I assume was suppose to check the functionality of the audio system. Haven't heard back from them, but I assume if it was a $10 button they would probably help me out, but doubt they will spring for a new headunit

So anyone have a link to someone who has fixed this without completely replacing the head unit?
