The 2019 is a 7” while 2020 and 2021 are 8”. Is it noticeable bigger? Aside from Apple and Android car play and 1” larger are they identical screens in terms of image quality and smoothness? Is the 8” a lot better?

    Alot of them
They are essentially the same quality. They are crappy Panasonic head units. Some people don't mind them but anyone into audio will swap them out. On that note, if you want to put a 20/21 unit into your 2019, you will need an adapter harness which is expensive.
