The moonroof in my '05 DC won't open (slide or tilt).

I removed the console box to see if the motor was dead, but it spun freely while dangling down from the open cavity. When it is assembled, I get a small "whirr" and click when I try to tilt or slide the moonroof.

As an aside, and perhaps related, there's some water leaking into my cab. I park outside and assume the drains are blocked or clogged. As far as I know, you have to open the sliding window to clean those drains.

Is there a way to manually open the moonroof? Could the track be seized or blocked from opening?
