Android Auto Craziness

Hi all,

Every stinkin' time I connect to Android Auto, I like to listen to certain YouTube videos.

All goes will UNTIL I change the volume both on the radio or from the steering wheel.

Any change to the volume pauses my YouTube and switches to some God foresaken app that starts playing Reuters.

Help!

 

Not sure it's a Tundra issue but more of a long standing Android Auto problem.

Not sure it this helps but the o th er day mine started doing that and it had never done it before. however I noticed that the center of the cluster was showing the radon station etc. When I changed it to show the mileage or speed it did not do it any more. I think if you have that showing in the cluster it changes all the controls on the steering wheel etc to affect the radio. Hope that makes sense.
it was driving me crazy for a few minutes until I changed it and then it didn’t do it again until I put it back and started pushing buttons to see what was what.
