Depress start button and nothing - ran on battery and then started

I have a 2023 Tundra Platinum Hybrid purchased new in December 2022. It has 8k miles and mostly driven local (WNC) and a few trips of 500+ miles. In the past two weeks after driving for 20 miles and we stopped for an hour, when pressing he start button, it didn't attempt to start. I put it in drive and it would go fine on battery and then start. It's done this twice in the past couple of weeks and never did this before?
Any thoughts?

 

Sometimes after short trips and recent restarts the truck will start in hybrid mode. If READY is in green on the dash then the truck started straight into hybrid mode.

It is normal imo and nothing to be concerned about just what it does sometimes

 

It is normal to pull off from stop in hybrid electric mode if READY is displayed.

 

Totally normal.
