Does anybody have the BMS Adjustable Blow Off Valve spacers installed and if so do you have any codes or troubles with them

    Lots of stuff!
There have been reported check engine lights with aftermarket BOV's.

Search the forum and you should be able to find some info.

Unless they're better/different ones on the market since looking last year, from what I've saw the engine stalls and it prompts warning lights. Wouldn't be upset if someone figured it out though

I’ve had the BMS blow off valve spacers on for a month now and 1500 miles. And there has been 0 issues.

Had them for over a year...zero issues once I properly adjusted them
