    We had a driver have a positive drug test taking CBD supplements.
    It's not worth the risk..

    Seriously, whats the point of taking it with such low levels of THC?

    Marijauna is still illegal in Texas..
    Even if it wasn't the DOT doesn't allow it..

    Been drugging the dogs since last week. Last night, I gave Axle I gave an extra tab (so now 300mg) of trazadone and he was still showing good signs of freaking out, even last night. Dude will NOT leave my side when he freaks out…starts his loud yawning, panting, etc…all signs of stress.
    He will then usually sleep with the oldest when he freaks out

    Gia maybe only takes 1 tab…she’s not too sensitive around it fireworks / thunder.

    Kloe (mini pin) uses half tab (50mg) but I think I need to make it 100mg with her.

    Listen folks, I’m ALL for fireworks, but man I hate them at the same time for my dogs, and other dogs (and for those soldiers with PTSD.)

    At my work It was never random, they had a target and at the end of a shift the target would come in and the next 10 to come in would be tested too. That way it was called “random “.

    Mine can drug test me anytime ….they’ll need me to go to a clinic or mail me a test and assume I took it in front of someone, since I’m remote. Couldn’t tell you the last time I was ever drug tested

    In 25 years I’ve had about 6 drug tests. They’d come to work and have someone watch. Was awkward when the watcher was chatty.

    We had a captain that has since retired that was prior 82nd AB. Whenever his shift was assigned to standby for fireworks, he would stay in the engine with ear pro and dark glasses. It got to the point that some of us even started offering to cover his shifts when this would happen.

    Our "target" always seemed to be the cleanest kid possible at my old department. When I was contracting in Afghanistan, pretty much anybody that had flights through Amsterdam were "randomly selected".

    Marijuana use in Arizona, in every form, is now legal for recreational use by anyone over 21 year old.

    I also drive on a CDL where the driving while impaired standards are more strict. In Arizona, for example, a CDL operator is presumed impaired with BAC .04 versus .08 for non-CDL operators. Arizona Motor Vehicle Division and Department of Public Safety have a zero impairment rule for school bus drivers regardless of what substance caused the impairment (eg. cannabis products, alcohol products, and prescription drugs).

    Just like @1lowlife, I have witnessed several of our drivers have their employment terminated by CBD oil use. I'm not willing to risk my job to use it. After we retire though? I'll consider it or at least try some. Maybe.
