New 2021 SR5 Tundra owner here. The bluetooth isnt working-the other person cannot hear me. It worked the first few weeks of ownership but not now one can hear me. I've done alot of reading and I have heard three solutions:

    1. Disconnect the battery for a while and reconnect it
    2. Remove the DCM fuse and reinstall
    3. Dreaded appt at the dealer

I've looked at the fuse case cover under the dash and under the hood. Nothing is labeled DCM(from what I have read its a 7.5amp fuse).

Can someone tell me where this fuse is or if it is labeled something other than DCM?

    Thank you.

first thing to do with bluetooth issues is the delete the phone from the truck and re-pair. And so you know, anytime the truck or the phone updates, you may have issues again and need to delete and re-pair. Thats the first step, if that does not resolve the issue you can start looking into other reasons. But, since this is a brand new truck= warranty fix

Thanks for the responses. It is a new truck and I am just trying to figure it out on my own(I like to figure things out). I will disconnect the battery and delete and reinstall the phone and see if it works. If not I will take it to the dealer and share what I have learned with the board.

Well unplugged the battery overnight. Still doesnt work. Doggone shame a truck with less than 200 miles and the bluetooth stops working.

Ok you guys are going to laugh at me. When I installed LEDs in the interior of the truck I removed some fuses to prevent them from blowing. Turns out I pulled the DCM fuse for some reason and didnt replace it. Installed the fuse and it worked fine.

Its always attention to details and the simple things that we miss sometimes :)

If you hold the audio button on the radio head, and turn the light switch on and off fast 3 times in a row, you will get a hidden diagnostics menu. It also shows fault codes.

Hey, new here and I was having an issue with the DCM with it not showing up. Which fuse did you pull that was the DCM?
I have checked both fuse panels and neither are labeled as the DCM. Any help is greatly appreciated. The Stealership wants $169 for a diagnosis of a fuse issue.

Any chance you happen to remember if your DCM fuse was only on when the engine was on/acc? or is it always powered?
