In need of some ideas on what might be making this noise. I have a '12 w/ 4.6L at 105,000 miles. The sound is like a loose bearing of some sort maybe? It's hard to pinpoint exactly where it's coming from, but the video is from the passenger side of the engine just behind the coolant reservoir. That's where I can hear it best. The noise occurs at idle and at speed. There's no noticeable loss of function to the truck or any CEL.

Might be part of the pulley system with the drive belt? The drive belt and tensioner were last replaced in 2020 about 30K miles ago. For context, my truck sits for a month at a time every other month. In the winter months, it just sits outside in the cold. The noise started right after one of those months of not being used. Any help would be appreciated as I like to do my own maintenance. May have to take it to a shop this time...
