P0562 Code

Anyone with a 2022 Limited Hybrid dealing with Code P0562? The report says it is System Voltage Low. One dealer said the Turbo was the cause and replaced it. Another dealer said they cleared it and couldn't replicate...that was Friday afternoon and today it came back on. Looking for words I can ask them since they appear to not know what is going on. Thinking of taking to my person mechanic shop vice a Toyota even thought still under factory warranty.

 

have not experienced this code …yet. But maybe possibilities could be a bad battery, or defective alternator . Start with checking the voltage on battery should run around 12-12.7 volts when truck is off , also while checking that check all connections to battery. I am not expert on diagnosis so this is just the beginning map of troubleshooting the fix.

 

My hybrid does not have an alternator it has a power inverter to keep-up hybrid batteries as well as starting acc infotainment battery under the back seat 12vdc agm

I would keep taking it back to dealership under warranty. That way everything is documented for any future action.
