    Sorry but no. I drive down a road that is 40 all the time and I turn onto a road that is 45. Truck tells me the limit stays 40 until I pass the next speed limit sign. If it were using GPS it would update as soon as I turn on the new road. Also it would always show a speed and it wouldn’t be blank some of the time. Also car play doesn’t show a speed unless you are doing navigation.

    Truck definitely reads the signs to get speed limits and I like having the display since our Tundras are pretty quick, with the ability to go from zero to handcuffs in about 10 seconds flat.
