So my rear bumper is rotted 2006 tundra, 4.7L 4 door 4x4
It has a tow package, does this have anything to do with the bumper? Can I just go on Amazon and buy one that fits my truck.? Or am I looking for a specific bumper because I have the tow package.?

No issues. Buy one and you’re good to roll.

The factory tow package often rots from the inside, finally showing as it rusts through the bumper. If this is the case you may need more than just a bumper.

    What he said ^^

And if you want something that won't rust out in the next year or two, buy off Summit Racing. You'll probably pay less money on a good brand like Sherman or Coast 2 Coast Int'l versus whatever knockoff bullshit scAmazon is slinging, and when I bought my rear bumper skin from them for my '06 with tow package, they shipped it for free + $9.99 for an oversized item. I'll likely be ditching it, 4 years later, for a paint-matched one. Thinking long and hard about it at the moment.

I'm looking for a replacement rear bumper for my 2004 RCLB and it has the factory towing package. I've been searching the net and what I'm finding is that in the years 2003-2006 it does matter whether it has the tow package. All I need is the chrome face bar. I'm looking at my 2006 RCLB which does not have the tow package and it wraps farther down at the rear center, but it has an aftermarket replacement bumper.
Has anyone encountered this? Did you have to grind a 1/4" off the bottom to make it fit a one Amazon reviewer did?

Are you anywhere near Atlanta? I’ll sell you mine in mint shape for cheap. I’ve been wanting to go back to color matched but I’m looking at ~$250 for that vanity.

Thanks for the offer, that's a good deal, unfortunately I'm on the other side of Missoula.
