Constantly logged out of iPhone app

    It seems every 3rd time I go to use the app (I’m generally a 3or4 times daily user) the app requires me to log in again.

    Face ID doesn’t seem to work as it does in every other single app. Toggling settings and redownloading the app doesn’t help.

    As a free app during the trial period I can understand some lack of attention to detail. As a $15 per month app it’s unacceptable.

    Am I doing something wrong? I’m an IT professional and have worked through my regular troubleshooting approaches and I’m not finding success.

    Anyone else?

    No Brother, I have been running into the same issue the last few days. It only started maybe, three days ago. Every time I start up, it is requiring me to go to settings and allow apple play. The Toyota app pops up on the phone requesting permission, I use Face ID it gets me into the app, but still does not link to the truck. I am assuming it is some tech issue that Toyota is having on their end. But, you know what they say when you assume things. I was hoping it was just work itself out. It is annoying!! I will watch the thread to see if it is a fix before I call Toyota. I don't believe they will be much help on this issue. I go to settings and on the truck and allow again, and then it starts working. That works a nerve on my end.
