Having issues on my 2019, radio is not turning on. I do have power to lower plugs, I’ll be tearing into it in a few days just wanted to ask if anyone has encountered this issue. I’m thinking an issue with the maestro harness. Please share any input or suggestions. TIA

I don't think I would suspect the Maestro harness first. I would check fuses and grounds. What kind of head unit is it?

Did you install it or did a shop do it?

Did it ever turn on and work properly?

I should’ve given more info, I installed it about two yrs ago. Everything worked fine, did start noticing that radio once in a while would turn on and off during vehicle start up, for this reason and still having power to lower plugs I’m thinking bad maestro. I seen somewhere radio and plugs share same power, I believe radio is a Pioneer NEX 1500.

Probably the fuse? Some are in the back of the unit. Others are in the lines.

You've got 2 power leads, BATT and ACC.
Make sure they have a good connection..

You also have a RADIO fuse in the driver's side under-dash fuse box..

Well I couldn't take driving around with any music / Bluetooth and just had to dig into it. As I suspected, have power to the maestro and nothing out. I pulled it and tried to flash it several times and it was undetectable. Will reach out to Maestro for support and possibly have to purchase a new one. Thanks for the input.
