Hey there from NC! I’m currently looking for a roof rack system. The rails, crossbars, and basket. I’m having trouble since my roof pinches as it goes from front to back. Starts at 53” and reduces to 51”. Does anyone know of a solution or a place or a link to OEM parts so I could find this. I figured I could start with the roof rails and find bars and a basket afterwards. Any help would be awesome!

My BIL had a Thule rack on his with the clamps and round bars. Clamps were originally for a GM truck, we just bent them in a vice to match the Tundras shape and added some thin foam tape to the backs to prevent scratching. The clamps go on the bars but are not tight. The clamps are then mounted onto the truck and the bars are adjusted side to side to get them even and get the clamps at the right angle to grab. Then the clamps are tightened down to the feet and to the bars. Repeat for the rear one, they don't have to be the same width.

Doesn’t bolt to the roof, it clamps onto the door opening area.

Here they are on his Silverado. We used the same clamps and just bent the mounting surface into the shape that matched the door opening of the Tundra. It’s likely they make them for the Tundra, we were using what he already had.
