New 2024 Tundra. Going through calibration for trailer backup guide and straight path assist and trailer calibrates fine. However, every time system is deactivated then or truck is turned off, the TBG calibration profile is not being saved to the trailer's general profile so will not work. Problem repeats every time I delete the trailer, re-add, and go back through calibration procedure. This would seem to point to a software bug. Anyone else having this issue? Its not a feature I really need, but annoying nonetheless.

There was another post on this recently, not sure if there was a resolution or any help given. Mine sort of did the opposite. I did the calibration procedure but it never said it was completed or saved (or whatever the manual said it was supposed to do). But next trip to the lake, it was working and as far as I know it still works. I really do think this is an unneeded gimmick though because you still need to know how to make corrections if the trailer isn't going where you want it to go. I suppose it could be used to impress your fishing partners if they need impressing.......

Edit: Just noticed you found the other post....

Yup - so I’m not the only one. I’m curious if anyone has found a solution. Whether or not is needed or not needed is not the point. It’s an advertised feature that is not working properly.
