Best place to purchase a transmission?

Going to put a used transmission in my 2015 and looking for a reliable place to purchase one from. Any suggestions? So many options on google it’s hard to tell who is legit

IPT does performance builds/rebuilds you can give him a call to see who they recommend.

 

Used. Try car-part.com. Found some with mileage as low as 6,000 . $2000 to $3700.00

 

What happened to your transmission if you don’t mind me asking. Don’t hear too many of these going out. I’m thinking of putting in a cooler for mine just for some insurance

 

I had to put a transmission in my 200 series. Searched high and low. Everyone on the forums had me scared talking about 6 month waits. Spoke to Olathe Toyota who had one at the time, but ended up purchasing from a Toyota dealer closer so I could avoid shipping costs. I believe I ended up paying around $3500 after I returned the core.
