What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Second that! I’ve used the wipes a the handles and mud flaps. Both turned out great!

 

Got the outlet for the fridge and bed usb wired up and working.

 

I need to figure out what I'm putting in mine. One will be for the Rigid pods behind the grille. Another might be my S8 backlight that I will move to it if I relocate my rear sliding window switch to the shifter panel. A 3rd might be for power for the USB on the Rago dash plate. I have my radar detector tapped into it for power and I have to turn it off before going through the gate at the base. Right now I turn the volume to 0 and dim the display to Stealth mode.

 

Got me the YotaWerx tuner and boy o buy.

HOLLY "chit", my V8 monster is alive. This is the best $$$ spend on such an easy tune mod. Thanks to @Mayna*** at MCB Auto Tech in Houston and YotaWerx Tuning. You guys ROCK. Such a smooth operation

 

What differences did the tuner make? Is it just throttle response or a faster 0 to 60 time?

Throttle but also faster and better response on gas pedal. It just fly now. Unbelievable.

Yea they have 2 variations, active duty or weekend warrior. I got the active duty tune and it literally woke this focker up.

 

So you just call them up and tell them what you want and they ship you a unit that you plug in for a few minutes to update the ECM?

 

They can do that as well, they have a kit. In my case the guys was local to Houston and he did all the work, 30 minutes.

even better than Tow Mode, Wow? Mine is borderline dangerous on Tow Mode if you give it lots of fuel with no trailer(ore even with trailer).

 

Throw some big tires on there and you’ll be looking for ways to get the power back.

I remember when tow/haul did the trick.

 

Added a curved light bar in the slot above the license plate.

Shoutout to @iHacker for the hookup on LED headlight harnesses. The BEST customer service and timing around. Worth every penny.

Finally got around to upgrading/replacing my damaged headlight. A few pics of the install(35 minutes) and one of a quick camping trip from the weekend(before I got food poisoning).

 

Planning on wheeling hard tomorrow so pulled the tailgate. Looks pretty wild lol

Definitely not exciting, but I replaced the double-sided tape that wasn't holding the corner weatherstriping any longer on both front doors. Yes, the truck is dirty...

Appreciate it! All good after some zofran and about 36 hours of becoming one with the toilet. Thankfully we were at a campground instead of dispersed in the woods like we originally planned.
