Squeaky Noise

2019 Toyota Tundra Platinum Crew Max

Ho Tundra Family, I been dealing with a squeaky noise coming from the front driver side. Initially it was thought to be the driver side body mount, it was replaced but the annoying sound still persist. I sprayed it with lithium white grease and the squeaky sound went away but then returns. Please check the video and let me know what you think it could be?
