I would expect most of not all to fit. The only factory bed liner I know of is a spray in which shouldn’t greatly change the dimensions. I have a Rough Country mat and there would easily be room on the sides for a liner

The factory one is Rubber, about 3/4" thick , and fits perfect.

I have the OEM Toyota Bed liner & the TripleAliners and they both do a decent job. The OEM one is definitely the heavier mat.

OEM fits with the spray in liner if that’s what you’re asking!

I went to buy the OEM bed mat from the dealer yesterday. Was told there is a stop sale on them because they are flying out of beds at speed. I’ve not verified. Instead of waiting, went and bought the Rough Country version linked above.
