    For those ever wonder:

The front is sitting on Coachbuilder 1" shim, middle position on the coilovers, I don't want to go any higher cause I personally feel this is as much angle as I'm comfortable with on factory cv.

Rear has 35" spare with factory 18" steelie, and may be 100-200lbs worth of stuff in it.

Everything feels "broken in", I like the way it is for now, thinking about pulling the air bags and run with hydraulic bump, the deaver has been great on rough roads, towing etc, I've been towing without filling up the bags.

And the little side project, the Winnebago now has 3x 320ah lithionics batteries, or about 11.5kwh capacities.

I'm very excited for the new exhaust in progress, currently from headers collectors to x pipe is 3" then shrink down to 2.5" for TRD exhaust, so now it's getting 3" all the way also make it equal length, WB O2 sensor bungs etc, it'll be similar to SPD exhaust in design but will use different mufflers, the goal here is no drone when towing.

    X-pipe:

I saw you had fox 2.5 dsc race series and now have the Bilsteins 8100 - how have you been liking them so far? Any regrets or wishes you went with a 3.0 shock like Kings or ADS? I am also from the north east and these fox's after 2 years just leave a lot to be desired for me.

I like them a lot, I'd recommend them to everyone.

Kings corrode like crazy, I've seen them first hand, I've never ridden ADS so I can't comment, I think the biggest issue with shocks is on paper it's hard to describe how they feel. I have no regrets because doing things in stages keeps me busy and entertained, I enjoy the continous evolution more than just "bam, it's done" kinda thing.

    More progress on the exhaust:

It looks so beautiful I'm going to be hesitant to drive it in the winter.

Edit: the exhaust is done and I can't be happier, it sounds absolutely bonkers, while being somewhat quiet, no drone, no obnoxious loudness, at idle you can barely hear anything, at WOT is another story.

The biggest test will be towing.

I can't say enough good things about equal length exhausts and honeyseal.

For the exhaust, I've consistently see 10% increase in mpg, even in towing, it is also absolutely hilarious as it will do pop and bang when off throttle at times, I cannot master it yet, it makes driving in manual mode insanely fun considering I'm piloting a house down the road.

anything below 3k rpm it's pretty tame in all situations, above 3k rpm it's party time, so big shoutout to Mike @ GTcustom , if you are in Toronto area, check him out:

The truck got honeyseal treatment, Jake and Steve @ Honeyseal in Oakville blew me away, you can see photos here showing the before and after, the before is still with annual Krown treatment, to saw Krown has lost its edge would be an understatement, I also rinse the truck weekly in winter.

    Before:

That concludes about all I've got planned this year.

This truck is the most personified vehicle I've ever had, there are times she would literately tells me "no, that is good, no more"

I had new injectors/fuel pump, pulley set up installed, during tuning, there was a set up that seemed to work the best, but we decided to push for further refinery, the truck didn't like it, it almost brick the ECU and I almost ******** a brick, thanks to Mr. Sniv on saving the day

AFRs is good, she's humming along.

I don't think I'll touch the engine for a while until it's time to have a fully built engine.

One additional thing that got dialed in was SDHQ traction bars, it made a very big difference in how the truck rides in a positive way, on very rough surface it's much more dialed in, more settled, which makes sense, I was worry the front mount would hang lower than I'd like, but the powerstep housing sits at same level.

Transfer flow 46 gallons is here, I gotta say the packaging was great, super fast shipping to Canada.

Next up is z-pipe, I've finally seen one in person and I dig it, with Sniv's help the truck is consistently hitting low 4s for 0-60mph, for a 7000lbs brick it's impressive.

Eventually I'd like to re-do suspension one more time and get glass fenders, I've learned from past mistakes where I'd finish up a car then get bored quickly, this truck connects with me so I'm trying to break each phase down so I have something to do every year.

I love how these things drive, if it's up to me I'd have multiple of 2nd gen.

so the 46 gallon tank did not fit, if you have a post 2016 and 38 gallon tank from stock, or TRD exhaust, it will not fit.

If you have a crossmember that goes above the driveshaft, it fits, like this:

If your cross member goes under the driveshaft, like mine, it will not fit.

Oh well, part of this truck's important function is ability to tow a travel trailer, previously it towed "Razorcrest", a Winnebago Micro Minnie FLX, it has factory lithium system (not a good one), it's a 21ft x 7ft box, bought it during the Covid craze and very quickly I crash course on trailer wirings, but we still enjoyed every trip we've taken with the trailer, and I also quickly learn the difference of needs vs wants in a trailer, originally we wanted a smaller trailer so we can camp more in the wilderness, but quickly learned that we needed more interior space the way we camp.

    So this was Razorcrest.

And the replacement, we'll name it The Voyager, it's a winnebago again but this is a larger model 2730RL, 27ft long box and 8ft wide, I wanted azdel sidings and this layout works for us , but this time the electrical system will be all victron vs xantrex (I do not recommend using Xantrex), almost everything is from Explorists minust the batteries, one benefit going from "faux-offraod" trailer suspension to leafs is how much smoother it tows compared to the smaller trailer.
