Today I said f@$k it and cut my 18 year old Flowmaster 50 series off. It was finally rusted through. This thing sounds badass with no muffler. Wow.

Thanks but I still have the SR5 crash bar. Just need to go get the correct hard ware for it.

Ok, drove home sans muffler. This thing sounds hilariously awesome and bad at the same time. In cab drone is horrendous from 1800-2200. Very NASCAR though. I’ve got a temporary 3” flex pipe to make a turn down until my exhaust appt. next month.

Open to suggestions, but might just go right back with another 50 series FlowMaster.

I’d like something with a little deeper tone, but only so much you can do with a 4.7. The flow always sounded so good. Deep burble of a SBC, sounded like a race car engine at the high end. I’m just used to it. I’m scared.

How much did that bumper support bracket cost you? Mine is rusted to shit and either needs cleanup or replacement.

Yes, I always have to retorque the lugs after a visit to the tire shop. The last time I was there the nuckleheads put 48 PSI in my tires. I'd like to say that if they had any brains they wouldn't be working in a tire shop, but...I worked at Firestone for 6 years, so it would be self deprecating at best
