Eibach didn’t seem interested in offering me a solution. I bought the eibach 2.0 setup with coilovers in q2 2021. Installed in q3 after all the rest of the parts came in. After 18 month they were visibly corroded (have dated pics). Anyway just kind of ignored it until started having rideabiliy problems and finally ordered some bilstein 8000 series. Installed new ones today.

I do live in New England and they use “salt” in the winter. The truck has been undercoated 4x and the rest of the truck looks excellent.

The front have to wait until I get the new bilsteins. However they look equally as bad. Oddly the coil springs they supplied look brand new! So no idea what to think. But certainly would say their shock body coating wasn’t effective on my setup!

    Function before sparkle.
Those look like they sat in the ocean for a while! I would strongly recommend looking at Elka for your replacements. All aluminum and no rust.
