    Hello,

We are long overdue on this design but exited to offer the Vehicle OCD center console organizer and center console tray for the 2022+ Toyota Tundra. There is a lot going on in that big center console. It was much more difficult to divide up the space efficiently than in the older model Tundras.

We are looking for 3 forum members to do an unbiased and honest review of our new Tundra organizers on Tundras.com. We will provide a free set of organizers. All we ask is you follow through with posting your honest opinion with "before and after" console photos. First 3 members to reply will get products headed their way. I will PM for shipping info.

Our 3 volunteers with links to their reviews and pictures here.
    1. @jctmundra - review and pictures
    2. @teab - review and pictures
    3. @MIK12- review and pictures

The bottom of the console uses a three piece divider to create six sub compartments.

The top of the console gets a multi compartment tray that can be used with or without the divider.
    • compartments lined with removable rubber liners with a diamond plate texture
    • designed to work with the USB ports and coin slots at the front of the console
    • center compartment in line with sliding armrest door
    • tray slides front to back to access below
    • easy to lift out and access contents in the bottom of the console
    Available on baselayerlabs.com and Amazon

Buy the set and save - boxed set on Amazon

Everyday forum discount and current promos in our signature.

I'll post a review with Pictures, that looks like it would help the black hole that is the center console. I can post a review on Amazon.

The upper organizer looks like it will be very useful to store stuff I want to access with the console closed thru the pass through, so I don't have open of the armrest to go dig into the center console to get a pin or tire gauge.

I loved the Salex in my former 2017 Tacoma. It's still there actually, very well built. Looking forward to the reviews!

Dang I wish I would have seen this sooner. I have been thinking of a better way to organize the console of my 2022 TRD sport.

Great to hear from a happy customer! This is the third generation of our Tundra organizers. Just adapting what works to the redesigned console.

Seems like its a great product made in the USA for a reasonable price and turns the blackhole that is my center console into an area that is easy to find what I need. Toyota Literally should have included this in the center console. The fit is perfect and follows the contours of the other plastic it sits in. The tray can't move around once the center console tray is closed and finally I can get access to a pen when I open the little door on the center console. I wouldn't' hesitate to buy it. The plastic and rubber pads seem to be OEM quality and I really like it more than I thought I would and I really needed this.

Can you buy the top separate or is it a package? Do you ship to Canada or is it easier if I utilize an American address, then pack it across myself?

The first post from the OP has links to the amazon product pages for each product. One is for the Tray and one for the organizer in the bottom, so they are separate. Also if you scroll to the bottom of this thread they are down there too. Really like the upper tray, it literally should have been in the truck already. Can't answer the Canada shipping, I would just try it in the old Amazon's and she how it shakes out.

Sorry, I am not much help on the details of shipping over the border. You can contact us through our website for more info.

Yes you can buy the tray and divider separately. There is a savings buying them as a set. These are our links to Amazon

Here are the links to buy direct from our Baselayer store, tray and divider and set

We have a 25% off Father's Day promo running this week. Use code 2024DAD. By far the best deal, $30 w/free shipping, when you buy the set at baselayerlabs.com

I agree that Toyota should include these as standard equipment. The first pic shows the mess that was my console storage before adding Baselayer's dividers. The second pic is after divider install - nice. Then I added the tray in the forward position. But, it can also be moved to the rear of the compartment for more access to items in the front, and the console cover closes normally with the tray in either position. The last pic shows that I can open the sliding tray in the console cover and easily see the screen on my amateur radio hotspot, should I need to do so.

Nice products that appear to be well made. I like that they're made in the U.S. The only thing I might suggest is adding another set of slots to the divider pieces, so that you can decide on the size of the compartments, but a little work with a Dremel could make that happen.

Hats off to OCD for prompt communication and delivery. The parts were delivered a week ago, just getting to install write up.

Summary: the tray dividers are well worth the coin as form/fit/function is dead on.

    Overview:
The console is a cavern just waiting to be a junk gettering box. I have previously purchased a tray from Amazon, I found it frustrating. It worked well at creating a false bottom for two layer storage, that was about it. Problem was it was a real pain in the butt to get out to access the lower level, no place to grip it to remove and if loaded it was heavy. Pain to remove resulted in not seeing the lower level and forgetting what was down there and then a mess once the removed tray spilled.

The OCD/Baselayer is the answer. The sliding top tray works great, has good compartment layout and easy to remove. The dividers for the lower level really make organizing work. As shown in the images, this product works for me in form/fit/function and at a great price. I will be sharing with a few Tundra friends that I have a console tray that works. Thank you OCD/Baselayer!

OCD/Baselayer installed. No worries, the compartments will be filled. The ability to segregate is so much better than the sandbox openness.
    upload_2024-6-16_22-56-14.pngupload_2024-6-16_22-57-2.png

Prior tray, no access to bottom and hard to lift out due to lack of grip surfaces. Lower lever had unused space:

I ordered last week after stumbling on this thread and being an unorganized person.... and a sale....
Within 2 hours I had a your item has shipped notification. A+

I like the rubber coating pieces that come in the tray. I also like the tray doesn't interfere with my handgun and access to it when stored in the console. I haven't tried any larger frame guns like a G19, but the subcompact frames all seem to clear, 43x, g3c, xd

I like it, already recommended it to a couple friends. If I could buy the rubber liners for the factory top trays, I would.

What keeps the lower set from shifting? The two pictures don't appear to be supported by anything and the smaller cross sections look like nothing holds them in place. They look bowed as if they were wedged into place or they are warped. I do like the top organizer but my "OCD" is twitching with the divider section.

This looks like a great product.

My question is… will the upper tray work with the Toyota console safe?

    Thanks!

Sorry, the tray will not work with the Toyota factory safe.
