    Hello!
Was driving yesterday and notice my battery voltage was running lower than normal got home opened the hood and there was coolant leaking everywhere looks like its coming from the water
pump so can a bad water pump cause the battery voltage to run low also? 2010 4.6 liter.

It can, by adding resistance to the belt and by definition other accessories. My water pump's bearing seized and exploded, lol, wasn't my first time, but it was leaking for a year and a half before it went. Right before it exploded, I did notice my battery light come on and seemed strange at the moment, until I heard what appeared to be a water balloon popping and the truck felt magically smooth, with the exception of the trail of fluid I was leaving while backing into my driveway.
What you really want to do is make sure it is your water pump and not your radiator cap or a crack in the radiator or a failing hose. I don't think water can really give the alternator a hard time, but I may be wrong.
