Had the dealer swap out the TRD Sport coilovers with a 2024 offroad set about 200 miles ago. I really like the look and improved ride over bumps. I noticed I have some wear on the driver's side steering stop so my geometry has changed some. Is this a big enough issue to take back to the dealer? Will the wear get much worse over time? Will another alignment help? Thank you !

The turn radius can't be elongated and nothing to do with shocks or alignment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Don't think that will get worse ...do you find yourself making a lot of 3-point turns ?

A few... Definitely more than 2
The steering stop is just doing its job. Will it get worse over time? Yes, as many times as you turn to full lock it will contact everytime. Will an alignment help? No, your alignment is tailored to the truck driving down the road nobody is going to align your truck to contact the steering stops perfectly. Technically you could probably see a few degrees +/- steering depending on what your alignment numbers are, but, alignments don't have enough freedom from the factory to get everything perfect, something minor always has to be sacrificed.
