I'll modify the title once I learn the name of these two bulbs.
They are amber, with two filaments in each bulb.
They are mounted in the headlamp lens fixtures, and are inboard of each headlamp.

The filaments look fine and the connections on them ohm out ok.

I cannot seem to get 12v at the connectors although there seems to be 5 or 6 brass colored connections in each! I *think* they are supposed to come on at the first detent in the steering column headlamp rotary switch?
Anyway, could not find the fuse. Need the name of the lamp circuit.
    Photos immediately.

Curious, did you buy a flood damaged truck at a bargain price?

Looks like you have halogen headlights..
    Bulb is 4157NAK (amber)

    Those are DRL/turn signals.
They are bright with the headlight switched off as DRLs and flash off as turn signals.
Then with the headlight switch on, they stay dim, but flash bright with the turn signals.

It's odd that they both went out at the same time.
If the rear turn signals work the front should be working.
    Same circuit same fuse.
    DRLs are a bit different.

There is a connector between the bulb socket and the wiring harness.
Maybe unplug those and make sure everything is clean.

One time mine didn't work and I just needed to plug it in tighter. When it didn't work, my signals blinked faster.

    More info:
The turn signal component is fine.
The DRL portion does not have power.
(the bulbs both test ok, both filaments)
    Still don't see the fuse.
May have overlooked it; multitasking all weekend

Is the DRL turned on your turn signal stalk?

Good first place to start but yes, that is the issue - switch on, no power.

Not to state the obvious, but did you confirm yours doesn't fall into the turn signal recall, it affects 2018-2020?

Did not receive a recall notice; dealers search did not find one. Link?
(turn signals are working, if’n that matters)

Would that explain how 4/5 issues were bad bulbs so far? I can see two bulbs with broken elements fixed with replacements, the bed LEDs test bad.

<10?mi off dealer lot in Midland Tx, Fall 2020.
Zero signs of corrosion or water ingress on the frame or interior.

I had those bulbs seem to go out every year or 18 months before I upgraded to the LEDs that don’t use them for DRL.

Just seems like excessive electrical or lighting issues to me. How many miles are on the truck?

IIRC the turn signal recall was based on faulty wiring that caused the turn signals to be dimmer than necessary to the point of unsafe. I don't think it was an issue of them NOT working.

And, in fact, my turn signals are working.
It’s the other filament… we think the DRLs that are dead.

I haven't read through everything in the thread the last couple of days, but just a couple of things.

There is a DRL relay as well as a DRL fuse.
It reads LED DRL, but it seems to also feed halogen DRLs

Yep, I didnt read clearly enough. Man I wish you the best here. Electrical gremlins are my least favorite things to chase. Hopefully the wiring diagrams and info posted lead you to the answer.
