Here she is right from the dealer. What should be the first few upgrades I make?

I’d love to be your garbage man, er, sanitation technician.

Welcome @Canada411 , without knowing how you intend to use your new beauty, that’s pretty tough to give a good answer. One thing I do right away for any vehicle acquired is a full set of moulded floor liners. I’ve been doing Weathertechs, some like Husky liners.

Tires, those are fine to use up, but they will wear fast and be prone to flats. I would go ahead and use them up, but lots of guys just ditch them straightaway.

Carista does....I would imagine in depends on the reader. But all this is easily changeable in your garage for $50. Plus do all the stuff Borla said earlier in the post.

Protect it, ceramic coat while it’s still new and hopefully not scratched, some dealers send them through the swirl-a-matic before delivering to buyers. Add some ceramic tint, even if just the 70% to maintain visibility, will save the interior and cut down on interior heat.

    Nice looking truck!
Protect the paint, add some tint, dechrome. Perfect.
Maybe a taller tire if that's your thing.

Am I correct in assuming CA spec trucks are different from US spec in a couple ways? Comparing '24 Limited w/ TRD OR pkg:
18's and chrome (CA) versus 20's and black trim (US) are the obvious things I can see.
