Trying to figure out what fuses could have been blown by my battery clamp broke and the positive the shorted out the cam shift position sensor. Replaced the sensor which got rid of the code but now still have no traction control, dome light, door locks only work while running or shortly after turning off ignition

Going to have to test most of your Relays. Look up the wiring diagram on this site and trace these wires to what relay you may need to test. Worst care it may be the body ECU, but possibly a bad ground somewhere that will need to be replaced. A rodent probably got the right wire that shorted out your Camshaft position sensor, you may also need to check all your wiring.

Thanks Black Demon, it wasn't a rodent, my battery support broke, the battery slid and the cable touched the manifold and shorted it out

Damn, my battery has slid out as well, has not gotten that far though. I did snap the fender ground wire, which I had to Mickey Mouse back on the ground side. You will have to check those big square power fuses and relays for the short.

Battery hot to ground can easily turn into a fire. First priority, get that sucker anchored down.
