I did a quick search but was not able to find this issue, so here we go.

I have multiple trailers that have brakes.
I only have an issue pulling one of them.

I don't believe it to be a problem with the truck because it works great in every other case.

So, looking for some advice on what could be wrong with my trailer.

    The trailer:
Two axle landscaping trailer with only one braking axle.

    The error:
The truck disables the brake controller, stability control as well as collision avoidance.

    The problem:
The brakes work great as long as I don't apply them too hard. I also only get the error when I am moving.
I can test them all day long with the test manual lever or by pushing on the brake pedal when stationary and I do not get the problem.
If I manually actuate the brakes half way, all is good. The brakes work.
If I manually actuate the brakes all the way to the point where they lock, I get an error.
If I drive the truck and push the brakes with moderate pressure I hear a faint buzzing sound from the passenger side of the dash. The trailer brakes work.
If I push harder on the pedal (to stop faster) the sound stays the same, but after a few seconds of this, I get the error.
If I bring the truck to a stop without the error, the buzzing goes away. I cannot get the buzzing to happen when the truck is not moving.
If I get the error and let off the brakes, the system resets after about 20 seconds of driving.

I suspect that this has something to do with the way the trailer is responding vs. the way the truck thinks that it should.

I recently rewired this trailer. I did not tow it with the Tundra before and I have not towed it with another truck since. I need to do this to determine if my Tundra is the only truck that gets an error.

I pulled my single axle trailer today and did not get any errors. It does have brakes.

Open to any an all ideas.
