Hello everyone, can some give me some direction on how to change out the rear body mounts on my 08 tundra 5.7 limited crewmax. Never did this one before. There is nothing on YouTube ect. That pertains to this job. Thanks

Toyota changed one of them on my 1st gen Tundra when they replaced the frame so I've never done one. But I'm guessing that there's a bolt through the center that's accessed through the cab under the carpet. On the 1st gen there's a nut that rusts on the bottom of that bolt. The bolt has two 'wings' so it can only turn 1/4 of a revolution. There's also two bolts under the cab that also need to be removed. You can see one of them in your picture.

Again, guessing, but I'm betting that you need to unbolt all the main cab bolts and jack up the cab a couple inches to remove the top half of the rubber isolator. Have you bought them yet? I think if you look at the new one you'll be able to see how they mount. If I'm right I would soak down the ends of the main bolts (it looks square in your photo) with something to help make removal easier. It's the part sticking down from the bottom of the isolator. A flame wrench would be my preferred tool of choice. Chances are you'll need to replace all the cab bolt nuts. Some of the main bolts might be reusable.

I think I would remove one bolt and take it to a hardware store (or on-line) and try to find a stainless steel or grade 8 bolt and nut. Not that you'll ever have to replace them again but I bet it would be much cheaper than what Toyota will charge you for those bolts. The only downside would be you'll need to use a socket to hold the bolts from spinning when removing or installing the nut. Chances are that the nuts aren't going to come off that easily so the 'wings' might not be enough to hold them from turning.
