SRS Code 1135 Half Connection

I apologize if this is posted elsewhere, I have done a thorough SRS/Airbag search. I continue to get the B1135 Half Connection in Airbag Assy Center Connector. The three connectors there are C4,C5,C6. (2003 Access Cab). I have removed and connected these three connectors (follow waiting procedures). Picture attached. C5 is the middle connector. I have a decent code reader and can erase SRS and ABS codes. Any advice? I think I have the right connector referred by this fault code.
Perhaps not related, the airbags in my truck have been replaced twice by Toyota and then a vehicle value loss rebate check sent.

 

Why were the airbags replaced? How recently?
