Meatier looking tires for Platinum but staying stock ...

    Ran that same tire on a powerstoke 3.55 gear platinum. Great tire but was even a touch on the heavy side for that truck.

    Sure it will turn them fine though.:thumbsup:

    Ya I think if I go platinum tundra here again, I want to stay with a lighter p tire and just upsize just a bit , maybe like 33s

    hard to find lighter tires when you get bigger like that , my at3 xlt I have on my current rig are really great but they are load e

    I second this. My KO2's have been awesome. 20K miles on them and they barely show any wear.

    I went with 275/65R20 Nitto Ridgegrapplers, Great aggressive looking tire, but not loud at all on the HWY. Its a 34.1" tire, so about a .8" lift overall.... That's the BIGGEST size you can find that's NOT a 10 ply tire...These are 4 ply, standard load and only weigh 51.81 LBS a tire. Stock are around 40 LBS a tire and anything bigger that this or 10ply, weigh 70-75 pounds a tire.... HUUUGE difference.
