ECM Issues and Harness issues

Hello
I have a 2010 SR5 4x4 double cab.
my truck started stalling. Code said fuel pump. changed and did not help, then it said MAF error. swapped with a known truck and still both errors. then 4x4 errors. then 4x4 errors went away.
checked all grounds and metered continuity for circuits for MAF and fuel pump to ECM pins and they metered good.
Assume bad ECM
Two questions:
1. is there a know spot that the wiring harness gets damaged?
2. who would you recommend getting a new ECM from, mixed reviews from Flagship and All Computer Resources. preferably a Dealer in Canada.
