The Mini 4? What is MTB? The DJI drones are really easy to fly. I might get my Air 3 out today if the weather holds out.

If it's a full ban at the end all of them will be grounded at a specified date if they revoke the current FCC authorizations. The FAA can also ground them instantly.

I'm hoping the same. There are so many unknowns until it goes through stage 2.

If you want the tracking feature, youll need the 3 or 4 pro. I started with a 2, got a 3 pro, sold it and got the 4 pro. Now I have a spare 2 I dont use. lol. Just go for the 4, buy once, cry once.

Not a DJI, but got a great deal on a Ruko F11PRO on Prime Day. My entry to drones. DJI is on my bucket list, but you have to start somewhere! Just got dropped off. Not a gimbal camera, but specs are decent. 120 degrees by +/- 90 degrees. Came with two 30 minute batteries, four spare props. Remote range is near 4000ft. 4K UHD. GPS return to home. Ruko app got some bad reviews. Some morons thought they were downloading the RokuTV app! Ha

I don’t fly mine as much as I’d like. The DJI I have is like idiot proof. Youd damn near have to disable all the smarts and intentionally try and crash it. Which is a good thing for me as I have an older DJI that I crashed about 30 seconds into flight….and I wasn’t trying to crash it!

My Ruko came with default set to 98ft vertical with modest perimeter set up to learn how to fly it. I only posted here because I don't think there is a generic drone thread here. My intention is to not intrude here, mainly to learn what the hell I'm doing. Ha!

Charging up my spare battery first with my EcoFlow River 2 Pro. This will be my off grid setup.

If you DJI guys want to boot me from here, tell me where to go. ( on second thought, don't tell me where to go. Been to Hell and back already. Ha!) I'm not starting a Ruko drone thread.....I want to learn from the Pro's before I kick it up a notch to a DJI.

Ha....you're good here. Not a bad starter drone. Does it have remote ID? If not, you will need an externally mounted one. Luckily my DJI Air 3 has it built in, but my 1st Gen Mavic Pro does not.

I have a Mini 3 Fly More set. Easy to fly, but haven't been able to do much flying because of fire fighting aircraft in the area.
I'm in a clear zone, but still put it away when I hear them out and about because they often fly just above treetop. Even had a Chinook fly low enough that it whipped up the dust on the road infront of my trailer.
