About a month ago I noticed that when I connected wirelessly to my truck with my iphone it would cut the data connection to my phone. This means carplay is very limited, no maps, no spotify unless it's downloaded, etc. On top of this I can't check email or get attachments in texts while driving. Interestingly I can make phone calls and send and receive text. Siri seems to work, but not as well as it should. I've tried hard resetting the infotainment system. No dice, so I think it has to be on my Iphone. I've tried doing a settings reset on my iphone no dice. I tried not using carplay, but just the toyota interface. Nope. It will work if I connect via the wired connection, but that negates the point of having Wireless functionality.

Has anyone else had this issue and figured out the fix. Thanks in advance.

I can second everything you are experiencing, OP. Super weird, out of nowhere it happened. I have the app on my phone still, but not subscribing to any of the Toyota “services”.

I had the same issue a short time ago. In my case it turned out that I had left my iPhone connected to a VPN. Don't understand why that would effect a Bluetooth connection to the Tundra. But Maps, Pandora etc wouldn't work
