So I have had 6 new Rams over the past 12 years. You could say I am a Ram guy. I went to the dealer to look at ordering a 2025. Then I went to the GMC dealership. Was on the edge of grabbing a white Denali they had in stock, but I was out of time and decided to go back the next day to buy. While out, I decided to swing through the Toyota dealer and look at a Lunar rock / cream leather Tundra 1794 that was on the lot.
Something about the colors, interior colors, option list, etc spoke to me. Test drove it. It was equipped the same as the Denali, with the additional option of the aluminum tonneau. It was $9500 less money, which is enough to make me look a little closer. Did a test drive, gave them the info on my trade, and headed out. They called me with the deal and it was very fair, and more than $10k better than Ram and the Denali.
So, I pick it up tomorrow…..

Congrats. Many that buy Toyota do so expecting to get many years of reliable use of the truck. A new Ram every 2-3 years sounds about right

Never an issue on the Rams, they were super reliable. Just replaced them because I like new cars….

Another junk dodge convert! It’s not a surprising story, enjoy the tundra.

Reliable is my 2000 Tundra with 270k on it with no major repairs needed, only routine maintenance. 2 years is barely broken in.

Thats why i bought my 2010 back then. I liked the f150 a little more, but it was $2500 money for a ford vs similar equipment toyota. That was easy. If price was the same thats another story
