Telescopic steering wheel noise.

Noticed a weird fluttering noise from that general area. Only can be heard from the driver seat while driving and if I adjust it in or out while driving the sound goes away. Once I leave it in a position it starts to make the noise again. .

anyone experiencing something like this?
