Back in March 2021, I picked up some Alpharex Pro Headlights. I am now having some issues. Interested to see if anyone has ideas on what the issue may be. Some pictures below describing what is happening. First off, the low beam projectors are not working. Found this out the hard way when I walked out of a store after dark and had no lights. High beams still work. The lights also look completely different when off or with DRLs on. I just went through and checked all connections and they all seem to be okay, I did find one connector at each light that did not get used originally, not sure if this might have something to do with it? I am far from an electrical expert so I could very well be missing something here.

    Appreciate any thoughts/theories on this.

Picture 1-This is what my lights look like headlights off . Picture 2 is with DRLs on. Picture 3 is with headlights all the way on. Picture 4 is a connector that did not get used.

I had a similar issue with my initial install because I had left a connector unused, so that unused connector is probably the problem.

Sorry I can't remember how to describe where it was connected but I remember I had installed them using the wrong instructions.
