Just pulled the trigger and traded in my Tacoma for a 2021 Tundra. The previous owner had installed ‘clim-art’ in-channel (not the ones that stick to the trim) window vent shields which need to come off because they are scratching the windows at the very top (yikes) where the window rolls up into the shield. Also the wind noise is terrible. I have no clue why anyone would buy this brand. I researched the brand online and these ones have 3M tape on the inside of the wedge- any tips to gently removing them & the adhesive without causing damage to the rubber part of the window? I do own a heat gun just not sure if that’ll do more harm than good.
