285/70/18, Eibach Protruck 2.0 suspension

Does anyone out here make them? Ive only seen the Moog replacement rubber ones and they have that funky little block on top like the OEM ones but havent seen any 35mm ones online that look similar? Guessing it wasnt a big need? My old 2nd gen Tacoma used the harder blue Moog version of biushings and was hoping for something similar for the Tundra but no such luck fining anything?
