Which springs for bilstein 5100's

2004 Toyota tundra double cab RWD V8 4.7L, SR5 w/TRD ,.Right now there's 250k and getting ready to do a complete overhaul. Suspension and tires are first. A little confused inside of door says 265/70 R16 but there's 245/65 R17's don't know if the 17's were part of the TRD or not, spare is 16" too. TRD suspension was replaced with Detroit axle or some other joke, got new tires not on yet that are 265/70 R17 and picking up bilstein 5100's today but as far as reusing my spring on the front, i don't know how I feel about that, I'm going for less than a 3" lift . Mostly want to do a level on top of 1" from rim??¿ Anyways what spring length size #'s ECT no real towing or off road, just mud potholes gravel info on springs, rim off set? Thank you
