Some owners have gotten a remedy notice for TRD Pros due to wrong alignment specs in the system.

I got the alignment done at 11700 miles in January from a dealership, and I see that it was done with wrong toe. I have excessive tire wear now at 23000 miles.

Attached are the alignment specs from Jan where Toe is wrong (according to current update). A helpful tech from another dealership sent me correct specs (though hunter machine shows red as its not updated)
The images below are from 11700 miles alignment

This is what the toyota tech sent me should be correct alignment

    Total toe should be 0.30

How do I reach out to Toyota. I have already setup an appointment with the deaership which did the alignment for excessive tire wear, however I doubt they will do another alignment for free or agree for tire replacement coupon, so I need to reach out to Toyota.

Best way is through toyota.com brand engagement?
