Ya last time I was at a Ross, I had my hand on my concealed gun trying to avoid conflict with some drunk fuck in the store who wanted to fight- but I didn’t want to be seen as the instigator since I was carrying. Ross is ghetto now lol.
yep. This weekend. The wife told her before (this last weekend) when they were out getting her dress, but who knows what happened there. Typical mother/daughter spats

Also, on stretching, when I remember I’ll sit on my heels for 30-60 seconds after leg day. Good stretch and ankle mobility work there

Here's a kind of diagram for it. My pain was where the lower half of the light blue and front of the green areas are, and wrapped below the patella and around to the inside of the leg as well. Those are obviously not exactly where it hurt, but close as I could find in an image search. Funny enough, the Iliotibial (IT) Band area they show here didn't have any pain, but was the cause for me.

It's in the budget. I have a cheapy manual one, but now that there are 4 monitors mounted to it, it's unstable and I have to bend weird to get the leverage to not have it try to tip over backwards. Should be getting a nice electric one, and I plan to try and stand as much as possible at work. We are healthier if we spend less time on our asses.

What do you mean by 'actually'; like I'm incapable of having great ideas, or you wouldn't expect such insight and fashion expertise out of some like me, or is it because I'm elderly and disabled  ???? which is it!!!!!!

Sorry, meds are a little off today, what I meant to say was...

U know, you could see workers comp and as a result, you need one of those that they need to provide. Serious.

Well obviously it's not going to have the space. The 2.5 Gen CrewMax is king in that department. It does have a locker, MTS, 360° cameras that the Tundra missed out on though. Heck, my 3rd gen has those and the reliability. I love both but the daily driving of the Taco is just a bit better, and that is what 95% of my use is.

In Arizona if you have a letter from your Doctor they are required to address it. Unfortunately it took an act of congress to get it in place and installed but for years I have had an electric desk both at work and home. My Apple watch tells me when it is time to stand/walk so a good reminder. Does everyone need this? No, but it “helps"

Lockers and the cams wouldn't cost near $10k. Probably can't add the terrain sensing, but I've been known to judge terrain based solely on the way it, you know, looks.

My office manager (wife) agreed I could get this one:
The #1 Standing Desk | UPLIFT Desk

There are plenty that are much pricier, though.

Oh, I'm just jerking his chain. The Pro is almost never worth the price. The new ones are at least getting some extra stuff though. The hybrid power boost system would be expensive and the seats in the 4G taco are probably not cheap either. Still, nothing I want or would pay for.

Similar to what we are getting. We are just getting the legs and putting our current desks on them. It's a work desk so I don't need it to be pretty.

I was reading a little about the 25 4Rs. If I would ever go smaller, I'd probably hit that before a Taco. Same, though, with the bells and whistles. If I'm being honest, I'd like birdseye and lockers, and after that I'm happy. Plenty of other things are nice, but I like keeping vehicles way past their warranty, and the more that can break the more that can break.

You never realize how many S's there are in the English language until you are in an online meeting and the presenter splits your ear with a whistle on every S sound. :frusty::annoyed:

One of my pet peeves, too. There's no way they don't hear that, or have a way to control it. I grew up watching Winnie the Pooh, so every time I hear someone whistle on S's, I think of this:
