    Hello fine tundras.com folks!

Recently I purchased a metal garage to house my welding shinanigins. This winter I had a fine mist of condensation that settled about 2-3 feet off the ground. I would enter the garage and have to wipe everything down that was close to the ground.

Do I need an exhaust fan built into the gable end or spray foam insulation, or both?

I’m planning on adding the spray insulation but if a fan is needed, I want to install prior to insulation. Also not worried about welding fumes as I wear a respirator and have the door open.

    Building is
    200 sq ft
    Concrete floor
    No insulation just tin
    Located in rainy Oregon!!

I have a 40’ sea container at the back of my property and during the winter the temperature swings create condensation on the ceiling which drips.
I installed a small exhaust fan on one end and a vent on the other and using a humidistat, I run it when the humidity is below 50%. It helps a great deal.
Insulation would help enormously as well.
