My tundra 2012 is about to
Hit 150k miles and I was wondering what needs to be done. I have never owned a vehicle this high mileage before in my whole life and I want to keep
    This tundra till it dies
    It’s a 4x4

Just purchased? Start with fresh fluids all round. Oil/filter, brake fluid, coolant, F/R differential, transfer case, have the battery tested, grease all zerks if that year has it, and for god sakes check your driver floor mat.

Everything above and I would also do spark plugs if you don’t know how old they are

transmission swap was done at 132k miles I believe.
Did the differential fluids myself at 128k miles
did the spark plugs myself at 120k miles

Ah, all good information that would've been helpful in the original post. Good luck with your maintenance.
