We've heard the requests for a tool-less, adjustable option and we've been working on it in the background. What do you guys think of this? These would be CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum with a knurled grip and anodized finish. They use a socket head cap screw so you can still use a 6mm hex key to get them tighter if you want, but if you want to quickly move your Rail Tie Downs, you have the option to tighten and loosen by hand as well.

If you guys like these, please drop a comment below and we will put them into production!

That looks like a good adaptation to the feedback given. How far do they stick out?

They stick out 1/2". It was a balancing act between having enough knurl to grasp and not having them stick out too far. What do you think?

I mean, if folks don't want them sticking out they will just have to use the fasteners that require a tool but seat subflush to the tie down. I think your size looks sufficient to give enough to grab to loosen and tighten without being clunky. Definitely looks sleaker than the clunky oem design that takes up a lot of space compared to how much is usable.
