Carlinkit 3.0 Wireless Airplay - My Experience

I received a Carlinkit 3.0 at the end of December. After using it for a couple of weeks, I found it to be very glitchy to the point of glitching more often than it worked. I contacted the seller and they recommended updating the software. I verified that it was currently on the latest version. After a lot of back and forth emails, they ultimately would not agree to return the product for refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card and they finally agreed to accept the return. After the returned item had been in their possession for a couple of weeks, I reached out to customer service. They said that they would only refund my money if I canceled the dispute with the credit card (I declined to cancel the dispute). I am still awaiting the credit card company's final decision on the disputed charge. Point being, I am now 2 months into this process. I am sure that I will ultimately get my money back, but not after a lot of hassle. Buyer beware...

 

Sorry you had a bad experience with Carlinkit. I bought one off Amazon almost four years ago. Its been working great.

 

I don't have a problem with the product that didn't work. My problem is with the company and how they've handled it.

 

If it would have worked though you wouldn’t be dealing with the company giving you problems returning it.
